I bought these watercolors several months ago, and I finally worked up the nerve to let Kate use them last week. :) It went pretty well, excepting the fit that ensued when I said it was time to clean up! She called the paintbrushes "brooms," then "paint brooms." They do look a lot like miniature brooms, I guess!

Looks like it was a hit! If you don't mind me asking, how much cleanup was involved and did she paint for longer than it took to clean up? I'm just curious because I've been trying to get up the courage to let Ethan have a go with paints. I THINK he would enjoy it...I'm just scared he'll make a major mess! :-)
It really wasn't too messy. She really enjoyed it, and it did kill a good bit of time for us! I also bought the Crayola finger paints to try soon. That may be a better starting place!
